Shipping/Return Policy

At Peridot Boutique, we want our customers to be satisfied with the items they purchase. If for some reason a return is necessary, we will gladly accept returns postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date (the date listed on the receipt), for most items. Returns will be refunded for online store credit only.

Once your return is received and processed, a full online store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that will be emailed to the email address entered at checkout. The issued gift card will be valid for six (6) months.


Rules for Returns

Items not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Please check over your order as soon as it’s received. Our staff at Peridot Boutique inspects every item thoroughly before shipment. However, if you believe you have received a defective product, were sent incorrect items, or are missing items, contact us within two (2) business days of receiving your order at laura@peridotboutique.com or 501-463-8991.

Return Shipping

We want the return process to be as simple as possible. We offer our customers free return shipping on orders over $50(pre-tax).

To receive your free shipping label for original orders over $50(pre-tax), simply email us at laura@peridotboutique.com. Please allow two (2) business days to process your request.

However, if your original order did not exceed the amount of $50(pre-tax), the customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returning items and ship to:

Exchanges

We cannot offer exchanges due to limited inventory.

We recommend ordering the desired item, then ship back the item you wish to return with the invoice for an online store credit.


Changing or Canceling an Order

Things happen and sometimes orders need to be changed or canceled. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.

We aim to process and ship orders quickly. If the order has already shipped, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
